1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are automatically confirmed upon submission, but 'Vineta Mobile Beauty' reserves the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our service policy.
You may be required to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps me provide the best possible service for your needs.
Please ensure you are ready for your appointment when I arrive at the scheduled time.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are chargeable in full.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible through your preferred communication method.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.
No upfront payments or booking fees are required.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Service Guarantee and Refunds
In the highly unlikely event that you are not happy with the beauty treatment you have received, I would love to hear from you so I can understand what you feel went wrong.
If you remain unsatisfied for any reason after discussing your concerns about the treatment, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Refunds will only be considered for completed services and must be requested within 48 hours after your appointment.
5. Client Responsibilities
Please ensure you are ready and available at the scheduled appointment time.
Provide accurate information on any consultation forms and disclose any relevant health conditions or allergies.
Ensure the treatment area is clean and accessible for the service to be performed safely and effectively.
6. Data Protection
'Vineta Mobile Beauty' is fully GDPR compliant and takes your privacy seriously.
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our beauty services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
7. Liability and Health & Safety
Please inform me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions that may affect your treatment.
'Vineta Mobile Beauty' reserves the right to refuse service if we believe it may not be suitable for your health or safety.
While I take every precaution to ensure your safety, you acknowledge that beauty treatments carry inherent risks and agree that I cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions when proper procedures have been followed.
8. General Terms
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
'Vineta Mobile Beauty' reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply.
